Who actually works on my profiles?
A dedicated team: account manager (who you hear from every week), content manager, graphic designer and ADV specialist. Not an intern with Canva.
Do you reply to clients’ messages?
Yes: we handle messages and enquiries, availability and bookings included. No request goes unanswered.
Do you need to come to the shop to film?
Yes, the content is filmed at your place: products, window, shop floor. We arrange the shoots around your opening hours, without getting in the way.
What is included in the price?
Posts and reels, handling messages and enquiries, ad campaigns, looking after your Google Maps listing, a showcase website with domain, and regular reporting: every week you know what we publish, every month you see the numbers.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You pay for as long as you want: if it is not working for you, you stop. Our clients stay for years because we deliver, not because a contract ties them.
Do you only work in Turin?
We have four offices — Turin, Rome, Milan and London — and we work across the whole country. But if you are in Turin, we come to you for shoots and meetings.
Does it work for my business?
Yes: we work with restaurants, shops, beauty salons, gyms and professional practices. The content changes, the method does not.
